Joseph Iannacone

Born in Texas and Grew up in New jersey where I resided until 2009. I retired from the USPS where I had been the Postmaster of several cities in NJ. After 30 years of service. I retired and like many of the clients I work with I decided to start the search for my retirement destination and looked in California and Arizona before being contacted by my sister who had already relocated to Savannah from Chicago suggesting I give the area a look over. I came for a visit in 2007 with my wife Becky and my 2 daughters Cara and Kylie. and It felt like home the minute we arrived in Savannah with its welcoming people and weather it was a no brainer! ! Needless to say 13 years later I have accepted Savannah as my home. , once I settled in i started looking for something to keep me occupied during my retirement, my Realtor suggested a part time job in real estate which sounded good. Well who new that I would love my new job more than words can express! I transitioned to my new career and soon was working full time for Keller Williams Coastal Area Partners where I have enjoyed a 12+ year career with the best Real Estate Company on the planet! I have enjoyed working with local and out of state clients finding them homes to call their own! I have fun everyday bringing clients and homes together and there is no better feeling than seeing a client's expression when I help them find that perfect home! I have also embraced my community and volunteer my services whenever I can and belong to several community and church organizations and have been the recipient of the Jeff Fox Cultural Award given by my company as Cultural Ambassador and work to bring a shared cultural awareness to my fellow Realtors and the communities that we live and work in. I am currently serving my second term as a VP for the Savannah Board of Realtors and work to help other Realtors in our community.
